When all states legalize pot,...................... it will still likely be illegal under Federal law.

"I spent 50% of my money on alcohol, women, and gambling. The other half I wasted.
Even if it is legal, that doesn't mean it is legal at work. That being said, in my opinion, all of the leagues will be fully changed in terms of policy so as to allow marijuana use before is is legalized nationally.
