1980 Topps NHL unopened wax box

I have an unopened box of 1980 Topps NHL wax packs. Is it worth it to get each pack graded for resell? $40.00 per pack I believe. If not graded does anyone know what the box is worth? Very low population online to browse, so hard to gauge value of this box.

    Getting the packs graded would depend on the condition of the packs and how soon you would like to have them back. Unless the packs are in near perfect condition I wouldn't send them for grading. If you do send them in, it will be several months before you see them again. Personally, I would have The Baseball Card Exchange authenticate the box and packs. BUT, right now they are backed up and have stopped accepting boxes for authentication.

    FYI, the last two boxes that have sold on eBay brought $2000 and $3300.

    What search parameters did you use for looking up sold eBay items. Tried different wording and luck
