Question on PSA submission Form - Item entree/description

So I am getting ready to do another sub and I noticed the form reads: year, player, manufacturer, set name, card #, etc...

So in general I usually attach my own form but I have always done it: year, manufacturer, player, card #, etc...

Have I been doing it wrong all these years? It's over 150 cards, do I need to go back and correct it?

Thanks,
BC

You can’t attach your own form. But you’re right, when you enter them you start with year and manufacturer. For example: 1969 Topps.

Oh and your thread title made me hungry!

Are you sure you can't attach your own form? I thought I had in the past.

DBesse thanks for replying, I guess I will just have to bite the bullet and start inputting the data.

I don’t think you can anymore, but I could be wrong.

Are they all cards that have never been graded? If not, wen you find the serial number in the specs it will automatically be put in the right order. If you're not sing the online forms, which might still be possible, it will take much longer to grade.

I’m about 99% sure you have to submit online now, which will require you typing each item in. What I do is type the year/manufacturer/card number and it will usually bring up a list of with the card you are trying to enter and you just click on it. Be sure you click the right one because if you don’t that is what will be on the label. Don’t even know why they have a research and ID department if they aren’t going to properly ID the cards they enter into the system. An example I sent a 2018 Topps Chrome Ozzie Albies Prism Refractor but I accidentally clicked X-fractor and that is what got printed on the label. So either the researcher didn’t know the difference in a prism refractor and an X-fractor or they just enter whatever you entered without even checking to see if it’s correct.

    Thanks everyone.

parthur that is wild. I think X-fractor is much more valuable.
