Is the 1969 Deckle set eligible for current swingin’ sixties quarterly special?

It says they must be regular size cards? Does that exclude the smaller deckle cards?

    Morning,

    Unless they (PSA), has changed their rules, those are eligible for the Swing 69 Special. I've subbed those in all different regular size card subs.
