1998 Topps Finest Refractor?

I have never been great about pinpointing what makes a card a refractor. I’m sure if I had one side by side I could tell, but can anyone determine if this Jeter is a refractor?

Not from that pic. Turn it around in the light. If you see a “rainbow” effect, it’s a refractor.

I think in 1998 you can look at the number on back, on refractors the number should be followed by R
Just checked this on eBay and that does look correct. And also a lot of sellers have non refractor cards listed as refractor.
Not all 1998 Finest Refractors have the "R" designation but most do.
In any case yours is not a refractor.
