This Civil War date is the rarest Philly mint of the entire gold dollar series. A really tough date to find. I am a gold dollar collector exclusively and have owned this coin for over 20 years. Housed in an old ANACS holder from an era of very conservative grading, I would grade this a point higher. Nice color and luster. Great strike.
