Mexico Cap & Rays Peso 1899 Zs-FZ questions and grade help please

I've been going through my raw coins looking for ones that should be graded to preserve it
and possibly sell later. I've always been stumped on grading this one as:
MS coin with a weak strike?
Au58?
Reverse struck through grease?
.
Maybe its something else?
Here is one that is fairly close. The revere has weak breast feathers and almost the entire lower reverse is weak
and flat looking. Mine has very nice luster without any breaks in it.
.
I also looked at most in coin facts and listed here
.
The recent sales on Ebay are not that representative of mine. But it does look like if this grades better MS it should be worth grading.
.
Thanks so much in advance.

The 1899 Zs FZ is tough. I have a raw example that likely is comparable to yours. I have not sent mine in for grading and I probably bought 12-14 years ago. My example has nice lustre but has that same struck through grease look. I think the real question is whether the TPG slab would include a struck through grease designation on the label.
The one pictured looks to be in the 64 range- I like the look and it captures the Peso coinage of the time. Good luck with the submission if you choose to go that route

I would submit the 1901 Zs- FZ

I wouldn't hesitate to submit the 1901. It is well-struck, with good detail on the eagle's head and the high points of the wing feathers. It takes some searching to find one that doesn't have some weakness on the breast, cactus, or leaves. It should grade at least 64, possibly 65.
Thanks guys for your help. I’ll put it on the submit pile. I have a few more with questions.

I think it might be best to start a new thread.....I’ll say, help guys!
