Ok, I've come back to the hobby after over 20 years. Needless to say, things have changed a bit!

Question for the more seasoned collectors:

Looking at the panini prizm 2020 football set, there are some rare parallels like the black infinite 1/1. Are all #'d cards only available in hobby boxes? Could I hypothetically pull an black infinite card from a retail pack?
