Birdman!

Today my dad brought me a box of cards to look through, mostly Jordan, Kobe, etc., but included were a couple of 2001-02 Upper Deck Chris Andersen. I couldn’t figure out why he included these, other than it being Birdman’s rookie, so I went out looking for them on eBay and comc. None, and no recent sales, so I did some more digging. Supposedly these are pretty rare, I guess. His versions appear to be the b (hobby) version.

Anyone have any more info on this card? Is it actually that rare, and if so, why?
