I have this 1976 bicentennial half dollar that weighs 11.0 grams does this make it valuable?

Possible wrong planchette
The weight spec for a clad half dollar is 11.34 grams +/- 0.454 grams. Your coin is within that tolerance, so it's not an error.
If you think it's a wrong planchet you should have an idea of what other planchet it could be. What other coins was the mint striking that year that had that weight and composition?
