Newbie help on submissions

Hi all, I’m new here. I’m filling out the form to submit cards and have a couple questions.

  1. The valuation of the card, and therefore what fee I pay, is entirely dependent on the resulting grade. Should I undervalue the card and pay more later if psa grades it higher? Or should I assume its value is higher and in that case will PSA reimburse me the difference in fees?

  2. How do I differentiate the cards on my order form between the cards below $199 and those above it? Or do I have to submit separate orders for those above and below that cut off?

Thanks!

    1. You never get reimbursed for submitting at a higher level than necessary. Make your best guess, but I would err to the low side. The DV is primarily used for insurance purposes if anything should happen to the shipment on the way back to you.
    2. They must be on separate orders.

But, 2, they can go in the same package. You just have different return shipping.
