How long is PSA taking to show orders received ?

Given the new barcode system. How many days before the order shows up in find my package via tracking number or logged as received in my orders.

I have a box delivered on 2/4 just seeing what typical lead time is. Last time I sent a box like this in it was logged within 24 hours.

Any help is appreciated

My last order arrived on 2/3 and I received an email yesterday saying it was received and now shows as arrived on my orders.

Way too long in every step, but they don't really care.

I have one received 12/8/20 still no email saying they even have it. They told me it could take 4-5 months to get the email when I called last week. They also said there was a glitch with the barcodes. I had 2 orders in one package and to date they only emailed me about just 1 order an express order that I got back in December already. Still no word on my other order in the same package.

I have a two card CC order that arrived on 10-28, marked as entered on 11-20 but card details haven’t been logged to my account yet. At the rate that Jordan’s card prices have been rising I’ll likely be getting upcharged on both.

Can anyone imagine a day when you send in a straight economy order and you get it back within the month sent? New owners coming with huge investment into technology could make it a reality in a coupe years perhaps? I can't fathom that fast a turnaround...."express" back the second week after sent CRAZY!

Well here is PSA’s dilemma. All the new business they have received lately is exponential and all new and unusual. Do you base your business model on this and expand with a new grading center in say the DFW area? Say , for the sake of argument, they are able to get it up and running and really get things purring with the increased capacity. What happens if and when falls back to pre COVID levels a year or two down the road and are not able to financially reconcile the existence of a new facility? They have to shutter it and lay off several employees causing huge financial losses. It is like the pricing bubble there is no historical data that shows this type of demand can continue. The only financially responsible thing to do after the first expansion is weather this current storm as best as possible. Even with expanded infrastructure it is impossible to meet demand or predict it ls ebbs and flows.

perhaps nothing until new ownership takes place. but i hope, once that happens, they look into an east coast facility w rented space and temp workers until they can fully address & gauge the very real long term concerns you mentioned.

3-4 business days recently. Sent 4 that were in house 1/28 they posted arrived on 2/3.

When I get home from work can check mail / receipt/ entry dates more precise.

Forget the bar code = well tested that theory by accident. Stll waiting in 2 boxes of subs from Nov to show.
