Jordan Nike Mini Posters

I picked up these two Jordan Nike mini posters from a local antique mall a few months ago and would like to get them both in PSA slabs. With the $20 submission level closed right now am I able to include these with a silver membership 20 card modern sub (2 Jordan’s and 18 regular cards) and just pay the $30 jumbo case fee on the two Jordan’s? Or do they need to be sent in separately?

Nice pickups! You’ll have to submit them at the $50 Regular level as that is the cheapest current level that they grade those. They’re also not considered “Jumbo” as they’re only 5”x7”. They look to be in pretty good condition,Good luck with the grades.

Thanks for the reply. So they would normally be ok under the $20 express level as soon as it opens again?

And no extra charge for an oversized holder?

I might just hang on and wait until express opens again as they will probably just stay in my collection.

Yes to your first question,No to your second. We might never see that $20 Express level again so I’d take that into consideration. I have a 19 card Jordan Nike Poster card order there now at that $50 Regular level that hopefully pops soon.

$20 is never coming back, it will likely be ~$25 when that service level returns (and is still available to bulk/group submitters currently @ more than $20). Check the PSA Group Submissions page: https://www.psacard.com/Dealers/Groupsubmissions

I just checked the first one and PC Sportscards allows them for $25, but I'm sure there are others.

I forgot about the group subs. I would contact them first to see if they do oversized/supersized orders (whichever 5x7 falls under.) PSA has told me that these can’t be subbed with standard sized cards in the same order.

5x7 is the Supersize holder, not Jumbo or Tallboy.

It’s been 8 years since I have sent anything to PSA. Can they be shipped in the same box with other cards, just on a separate order form?

Yes they can. I don’t know if this method prevented any extra creasing but rather than ship these in a 5x7 penny sleeve & toploader I shipped my 19 cards in 6x9 sleeves & toploaders to give the grader easier access at removing them from the sleeve/toploader. Being so thin these crease very easily especially on the edges where you pull on them to get them out of the sleeve. Just something to think about before you ship them.

Sleeve first then inside the toploader. I’d then cut out six 6x9 pieces of cardboard(3 for each side) with the toploaders in the middle to prevent any bending. Whether you use tape or elastics, as long as you keep it all tight you shouldn’t have to worry about the cards sliding in the sleeves.
