I get it. 1986 Fleer Basketball cards are incredibly hot. But what in these photos is supposed to make anyone think they are worth $2k?
The description plainly states that there are no Jordans but there are 6 Johnny Moore cards, which would require all to come back a 9 in order to justify this pricing. Based on how they were stored, how likely is that?

someone trying to hit the johnny moore sweepstakes
I would agree, but does someone really pay $350 for a "sight unseen" copy of Johnny Moore?

I will say that I sold a partial set with mostly commons and nothing that I would consider worth grading a couple weeks back for fairly close to a grand. When I kicked off that auction I immediately got a $400 offer that I considered.
I also had a Barkley with a clearly described and pictured large wrinkle go for almost 150 last night. That one is going overseas via the global shipping program, so they likely also spent $30 or more on shipping.
86 fleer is crazy right now.
Geez I have a raw set complete without Jordan with stickers with Jordan O/C and a 2rd raw set started
maybe I should look to sell those. I didn't know the raw non mint stuff was doing that kind of money as well
I have a complete PSA 8 set with stickers I'm probably holding right now
collecting RAW Topps baseball cards 1952 Highs to 1972. looking for collector grade (somewhere between psa 4-7 condition). let me know what you have, I'll take it, I want to finish sets, I must have something you can use for trade.
looking for Topps 71-72 hi's-62-53-54-55-59, I have these sets started
The two 1986 Fleer Jordan's selling for ~$730,000 at Goldin recently have unleashed a frenzy on anything 1986 Fleer. Just as an example; ANY 1986 Fleer common in PSA 10 is now ~$1,000 card. Let that sink in.... This is one of the best examples of the trickle down effect you will ever witness.
Happy collecting.
