I was saddened to hear of Pedros passing yesterday. I remember him most from his coverage of Barry Bonds years ago

Has anyone heard what happened? no cause has been released publicly yet.

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

    Everyone in the last year either dies with or from Covid. A sitting Texas Senator 76 with lung cancer dies of Covid yesterday. Yeah ok.

    RIP. I don't remember reading his work, but listening to sports radio today I heard him recalled very fondly by someone.

    I never liked him. He was perhaps, the most sanctimonious "reporter" around during the PED era, especially when it came to Barry Bonds. Gomez seemed to be on a one-man crusade against PEDs and Bonds.
