Question for international Card Submitters - Pay Duty On Returning Cards?

Hi guys,
Question for the international card submitters on the forum. When you ship your cards to PSA, they are worth one price, when they return they are hopefully worth a whole lot more. As a Canadian submitter do I have to pay duty when the cards are returned even though I technically didn't buy them, just sent cards I already owned to PSA to have a service performed?
