As far as PCGS is concerned, it is not if you are talking registry. If you have RB or RD coins you get extra points so the 64RD will get the top on registry points. But more importantly, to me, is the incredible eye appeal (at least in the TV) that the coin has. Very beautiful.
Terrific coin. I like the 2,5,10 and 20 series as well... especially the 10 Centavos 1919, 1920 and 21. The 1928 5 centavos has a small and late date variety

These 5 (and 2) centavos bronze coins are some of my favorites.
I have a soft spot for the 20 centavos they tone so nice
