1989 Score football

Is this the next to jump in price? A lot of great rookie cards in the set.

I've never really understood why the boxes sell for what they do. Even pre-2020; the boxes have always seemed to be way higher than the possibility of pulling a PSA 10 key card.

    I think they've already jumped.

These have taken a massive jump for the bigger cards. The 2nd tier has moved as well. I have graded a ton of these through the years and gone through many factory sets to do it. I love the set but the pricing is ridiculous on everything at the moment

I been saying since 2017 that I think the 1989 Score boxes are relatively cheap.

Now, in the last month the PSA 10 Aikman has jumped from $500 to over $1500, the Sanders’s Barry from $1200 to $3,600 and Deion 500 to 1000. Throw in Irvin at $500, Thurman Thomas, Atwater, Chris Carter and Derrick Thomas all going for over $100 and the boxes at $4k actually seem a little low.

Now it’s Super Bowl week so they may drop in 3 moths but with how strong the market is acting they could also be doubled by then too?

Ha! Keep it at that price and it will be the lowest priced one on the bay in a week!
