Bgs 9 with weird subs cracked and sent to PSA for????

I've got a vintage card on my eyes on ebay and I'm curious what are the odds it would get a PSA 9 and what are the odds it gets a PSA 10 if at all. The subs are 10 edges, 9.5 corners, 9.5 centering and 8.5 surface. I'm no grader and like most people who send to grade cards, they think their cards are perfect, and just like everyone who gets back a grade they werent expecting, I can't see whats wrong with the surface front or back that permits an 8.5. Thank you all and this is my first forum post!

PSA doesn't "round up" like BGS does. 90% PSA 8, 7% worse, 2.99999% PSA 9, .00001% PSA 10, surface is the most difficult to make out from scans/pictures.

Sometimes a low surface grade from BGS, coupled with gem grades otherwise, signifies that they think that card may have been cut from a sheet. Not sure if this is still a "thing" but was certainly common a few years back.

In that case, a grade from PSA is hard to predict.
