Have this copper(?) coin same size as km362 kingdom of Prussia only not silver. Also no date . What is it where is it on numista

    These lower purity silver coins will often look like copper once worn. I wouldn't have expected it to this degree with a 4 Groschen. They would usually dip the coins in acid, to dissolve away copper and preferentially leave behind silver. That would give them more of a porous silver appearance that disappears as they wear.

    4.98 grams 25.5 mm...I see what you are saying due to wear the coin is a little smaller in diam. and weight. As far as the date on second look I can barely make out a 7 on the left side of the shield.... Thanks for the explanation... Ray
