Case big enough for Funko Pop boxes- why not make case big enough for sport & non sport boxes?

Sure would be nice to have PSA authenticate sport and non sport boxes! Nothing against BBCE, they rock. Just would be fantatstic to see full or empty boxes in a PSA hard case. Since packs are already auth'd at PSA, how big of a stretch could it be, to make a bigger case???

A few years back the reason PSA gave for not doing a case for rack packs was that the cost would have been in the 6-figure range and they felt the number of submissions required to recover that cost in a reasonable timeframe would never be attainable.

I would think that the number of box submissions would be even lower than the number of rack submissions, and the number of different box sizes certainly would complicate matters and make it even harder to ever recover the investment.

That being said, BBCE is owned by Steve Hart and he is the unopened authenticator that PSA uses for any unopened material submissions. Therefore you are getting the same expert opinion about the authenticity of unopened material for items that PSA does not handle as you do for the items they do handle.
