Non BBCE FASC wrapped boxes

Anyone know anything about some of the BBCE competitors with products showing up on eBay? I’ve seen RVP and Panhandle OPC FASC wrapped boxes. Anyone have any experience or know much about them? I know Steve is the gold standard, and that there’s no way to take an FASC from one of these other guys and have BBCE wrap it as FASC as well, but they could be legit and just getting off the ground (or maybe just new to me). Just curious if anyone’s dealt with them, good or bad.

RVP is new but rock solid. Tom Salem of OPC baseball is also a great guy to deal with. I am not familiar with Panhandle.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
I second RVP. Top notch guy.

agree with grote15 that Tom and Kurt are good guys. But if you want to maximize your investment always go with BBCE
can confirm, tom at opcbaseball is trustworthy and legit.
if you hadn't heard about his last find, it was pretty amazing and still ongoing, i think!
just a sample
Amazing
trust me, this doesn't even scratch the surface. i've gotten a new phone since then and don't have the old pics but it was full length shipping containers stack to the brim w sealed cases of a mixed variety that you see above.
not only that, the cards that weren't cased and in raw form were in amazing shape. i think the last run that bumped the pop report on all the 71 9s were from this find.
but anyways, back to tom and his wrapping/rep, he's as solid as they get as well. bought the rest of an opened case of either 80/81 a few years back. each case was missing only one box. i ripped a few boxes looking for gem hendos and fernandos. everything was legit on each box.
rest are still in the vault. and with what the 80 hendos are doing now, i'm kinda pissed i ripped any of those!
Kurt the Cow man from RVP (Ripping Vintage Packs) is Grade A+ awesome. Many great dealings with him. Just as accessible as the legendary Steve Hart of BBCE is. He authenticated and wrapped a 1987 Topps Baseball Cello Case for me. No regrets. When it comes to FASC Kurt specializes in the so called "junk years" mostly. In line with what flatfoot stated earlier, if I was to wrap say a early 80's on down case I would stick with BBCE to max out re-sale.

Dealt with Kurt and he is a good guy to deal with. No worries there.
i just sent some boxes to rvp for wrapping.
BBCE hasn't frozen submissions. Any cases can be submitted, as can any boxes with value over $300. If you want junky boxes authenticated and wrapped, Steve will still do it but it will cost more and take longer. He is just responding to the reality that he is absolutely buried and has no ability to do more or go much faster. That said, he is still without question one of the nicest people in the industry.

I trust BBCE (for everything) and RVP for FASC.
