While roll hunting 1983 P OBW rolls, I discovered my first die clash. I am getting conflicting suggestions on the attribution, some say its typical and a minority say its atypical and tilted and there is no current attribution on point. I felt this was a TDC-1c-1983-01 others say it is ADC-1c-1983-01, with a Type 1 counter-clash. I know think it is CCL(TI)-1c-1983-05... www.maddieclashes.com
Also, thoughts on grade? This year is notorious for over polishing the dies, or the they could be metal flow marks in my experience?

it's hard to tell from the angled photo if there is die rotation on the clash.
flow lines do not run parallel all the way across the coin. on the obverse it would be expected that flow lines would radiate out from the center to the edges.
I'll reserve opinion on grade with the suggestion of better lighting and straight on photos.
I think you have a die clash and the date looks possibly double
