I'm wondering what's involved with putting together complete sets of Canadian small cents & nickels. Specifically the PL & SP.
How does it work exactly? PL started in 1953 and have run solid to this day? Specimens started way back in the day, and are still going?
basically 3 coins for every year with some exceptions and variations

oh, and in 1996 they started making the nickels out of silver, and still do?
who can say for sure that PL coins started in 1953?
PL one cent and five cent went from 1953 until they were discontinued in 2010 .
SP one cent and five cent coins before 1971 can be hard to find, expensive, and were not issued every year.
