i have a question: 1969 topps willie mays #190

i a have a question about willie mays 69 topps psa prices lately. i have had this seven for quite some time and wonder why the last three have been selling for more then 450.00. that is more then what his 66-68 topps have been selling for lately. is this card condition more harder to grade then the other years.

‘66 is the toughest of the 4.

IMO, '69 Mays have poor stock, centering issues, "diamond cut" and pink borders on reverse. Agree the '66 #1 card is a toughie.... also '62 for obvious reasons.

Finding a centered 66 Mays is no joke. Took me a long time to find this one.
