If a PSA/DNA card says "card" and not the date of the card is it a reprint?

Hey PSA Community so I need help because I found a card I want that is signed but it says "card". Instead of the actual date of the card and the name on it it says card on "Item". Does this mean the card is a reprint? I also searched for the card on the PSA website and it says "Card" as the item

Sorry guys I didn't know what poll meant so I put what I put haha
I would assume it would say "reprint" if not original but that is just an assumption.
Have you asked the seller?
