I just bought a 1997 Tim Duncan Finest ROokie with coating PSA 10. I noticed some air bubbles that appear to be under the coating. Here's the card pre purchase. Check a look at the little specs near the reflection of his finger under "21".
How do you think it impacts the value of the card?
