Mystery Denarius...Opinions?

Acquired a group of silver denarii recently and have been able to attribute them all save for this one. Can't make out any of the obverse legend and only a COS III from the reverse. The other pieces in this lot ranged from roughly Otho forward. Was hoping the reverse deity might be a clue but having trouble pinning it down too. I love a good challenge. Any thoughts?

Ancients aren't my field, but I dabble with them occasionally. Could it be some something like this Severus Alexander?

Wow. That sure looks like it could be the culprit. There were a couple other Severus Alexander pieces in the group so it's definitely plausible. Thanks
