COULD IT BE DAVID WRIGHT?
IT IS ON A INTERNATIONAL LEAGUE BALL & HE PLAYED THERE IN 2003
I looked up his sig, and it looks nothing like yours.
As for the ball, it looks like a made in China synthetic cover. Not what I'd expect for an official minor league ball.
