2005 Canadian quarter error question

This coinn looks like its reverse clad layer is incomplete, and there is strike damage on both sides. Does anyone know what kind of error this is? I've been researching, and can't find a name for it.

you may want to check out CCF, a Canadian forum. there are some serious experts there.
and some of them are also members here. SYL, what do you think?

I think that it is a Mikey or SPP answer. I'm not into ID'ing many of the myriad of error types.

I think it's a Vise Job (PMD), not an error.

It looks like some incused dots on the reverse that may match the obverse rim area. A double struck could would show the second strike throughout the area, not just a thin edge and it wouldn't show incuse features. A brockage would also show more distortion than just a thin edge.
