Hi, I could use your thoughts and ideas on an issue with my seller hub:
Last week my hub showed:
Tracking uploaded on time and validated 100% and has been like since day 1.
A few days later I sold some material and did an input error entering a tracking number.
I realized the error and I corrected that with the proper tracking number, the buyer received the product and even posted positive feedback for me.
As of today my seller level shows:
Tracking uploaded on time and validated 96.15%
Anyone have any thoughts and or ideas to get this back to perfect?

Reach out to Ebay support and they will probably change it for you. If not I would not worry too much about as it will have very little if any effect on your selling.
Hi and "Thank you" I already talked to the eBay support on Mon& Tues; it seemed the phone people were helpful, but I guess it's determines by the appeal team. My next plan is to contact them on Fri afternoon and or possibly on Mon. Thank you again for your thoughts. You have a great day
