A bit of a different sport memorabilia... Sterling & Gold Marathon medals. Need help with value.

The shop I work at just took in a few sterling, and even one gold, marathon medals. Does anyone know where to go to figure out value? There isn't really much that has sold that I could find online. Are they worth more than metal value?
