psa officially grading printing plates now?

i thought they just deemed them authentic but saw a 2019 prizm straight printing plate non auto graded a psa 8.

mech error/mistake or are they really grading plates now?

I submitted one in July that came back in November and it was only authenticated. I have seen a few listed on eBay with grades so it’s made me wonder as well.
