$2 Bicentennial Star Notes Question

16 Note uncut sheet purchased at BEP ca 1978. Noticed the other day all the notes were Star Notes. Not a currency collector but was aware Star Notes have a preferred status with collectors. Was wondering if the whole sheet being Star Notes is a somewhat unusual occurrence or was it common with these Bicentennial Note sheets?

Series 1976 $2 notes had 10 of the 12 districts print replacement note sheets. Richmond (E) and Minneapolis (I) were not printed. Kansas City (J*) is the key star sheet. The sheets are quite common on most available districts in 4, 8 and 16 subject sheets. They’re a staple on eBay.
