Got an ebay bucks promo... but only for 3%, and with the usual restriction (no bullion, etc.).... not only haven't seen any more of the 10% promos, perhaps the 5% promo is also a thing of the past? Guess 3% is better than nothing....

Weird, mine is for 8% this morning till wed.
That is weird. Must be tailoring the offers now. I must be on their bad boy list and don't get as much?
8% is not too bad... at least covers the taxes on items.
