How do you inventory your unopened??

I have hundreds of slabbed and loose cellos, wax, boxes. I’d like to inventory them. I was thinking a Google spreadsheet.

Year, Sport, Type (wax, cello, etc), Slab Type (PSA, SGC, Not Slabbed, etc), Rating, Slab ID, Description.

For loose packs cellos or boxes, is there a good way to put a ID on it for me? Put things in bags and put a sticker on the bag?

Any tips appreciated! Happy Sunday!

Old school Excel. It doubles as what I send to my collectibles insurance each year.

If you have a higher percentage of PSA graded items, you could just add "non-registered" items to your set registry inventory.....I do this so I can account for my boxes and wax trays. I guess it would probably be more time consuming and cumbersome, but I like to have my whole collection documented in one area.

  • I used PSA's checklists and export them to Google Sheets - that they're always accessible even on my phone.
I shade my colors green when I have the card in hand - blue when it's coming and yellow if I'm bidding on it or have found it.

PSA's site also lists all my graded cards, which I note on my sheet too.
