1992 penny very lightly punched lettering

I have a 1992 no mint mark penny that looks very lightly struck on the “we trust” on the obverse and on the “cent” on the reverse. Thoughts? Mint error? Die error?

Howdy, your cent is (P) mm which is Philadelphia mint. As the dies continue to stamp out a bazillion coins they wear out. Loss of detail is the end result. Lots of Lincoln memorial cent info on coin condition. Have fun. Peace Roy
