$5 1928-x SC Mules: bp 629 is TEN times rarer that bp 637 ?

I knew that $5 Silver Certificate Mule notes were rare but the claim is ten times as rare.
What is your experience?

    Yes, BP 637 was used between 1945 and early 1949, while 629 was only used for a few months in late 1947 and early 1948.
