I am looking for a 1980 USA OLYMPIC TEAM MINI PICS HERB BROOKS card. They are black and white and part of the 1980 TEAM USA Hockey team set.

    Those cards are extremely extremely rare! There are 16 cards in the set and PSA has only graded a total of 133 from the entire set. The highest individual card has a population of only eight total cards graded.

    Here is a recent auction that had a PSA 5 Brooks and a PSA 7 Strobel. The Brooks card was really off centered. Maybe you nabbed that one. I think those went for a bargain at $435. I'm really not sure many people have ever even heard about this set.

    There are ZERO of those cards for sale on Ebay and zero in completed auctions....unless I missed a couple that were not titled the same. Since the pops are so low, I am not surprised they don't come up for sale on Ebay.

    Rare gets thrown around a lot, but in this case rare is an understatement.

    I've only seen a couple offered over the last two years.
    Although not pricey, sure are difficult to locate.
