My order from Heritage has a USPS tracking # and they don't have my check yet.

This is my 4th auction with Heritage, and I've always sent a check in the mail. In the past, once Heritage marked the order paid, I would still wait another 10 days before they would ship.

It could take up to three weeks before I ever saw my winnings. Do I chalk this early shipping up to dumb luck, or do they trust me to pay my invoice now?

BTW, they invoiced me on January 13th and I sent a check last Thursday the 14th. That is quite speedy service I must say.

The last order I got from Heritage shipped on December 7, 2021, and I received it January 11th, 2021 because of USPS crisis.

Anyone else experience this type of situation with Heritage?

Thank you Heritage for the fast service.

They probably accidentally thought it was an invoice from January 2020 and thus time to ship.

Once in every five years they ship my item before they receive my payment. I don’t really expect they do that. All I ask for is ship my item once received the payment. If they can do that I will be very happy.

I have nothing against Heritage but their handling time has not been to my liking lately. I let them know in a survey they sent me after my last purchase. I am curious to see if anything changes. Nice to hear you are receiving good service.

Yes, I've had them ship before payment (in my case credit card) for the invoice was officially clicked. It was my 3rd or 4th auction win, all were around $100-150 and they had a credit card on file as backup.

For their major auctions, coins I win on Friday or Saturday are almost always shipped out on Monday, which is before I pay (usually on Tuesday). For their not-so-major auctions, yeah--then their shipping is not incredibly rapid. But I expect to own my coins for my entire life and I am hopeful that this is a long time ... so I don't begrudge Heritage a week or so.
