1986 Fleer Wax - Basketball Club

nendeenendee Posts: 553 ✭✭✭

I had a thought. What if we put together a group of 20 folks, and our goal was buying 1986 Fleer Basketball Wax - then ripping, submitting, and sharing any profit? For undetermined “back card”, we would still have a shot at a fresh Jordan. I saw a PSA 7 wax pack for 2400 - or $120 each. Seems worth it if we pull a PSA 9 Jordan, etc. thoughts?

Bad idea. Chances of a PSA graded pack having a Jordan is very slim. Too many people know the sequence and can usually tell if the pack has a chance of having a Jordan just by seeing what the card showing on top if the pack is. Even if you were lucky enough to pull a Jordan, the chances of it grading high aren't very good

Maybe we could just form a group to buy a full BBCE-wrapped box then. That would give us 3-4 cracks at it.

    ;)
