Cards with Curves - No longer flat

Was looking for some thoughts on dealing with and/or purchasing cards that are curved and do not lay flat. There are some very nice cards floating around out there but are clearly not flat and I sometimes hesitate to fuss with them at all - as they usually become more curved over time. Does anyone have any thoughts or experiences with sending cards of that nature for grading. Do cards like that get docked or is a card a card and once slabbed, it is what it is. Thank you to all for your comments and thoughts.

Curvature does not impact grade, unless flattening causes a wrinkle. Otherwise no vending cards would ever be submitted.

Curved cards are some of the best quality ones I own.

chrome cards are well noted for their curved appearance due to a chrome/coated front and rear paper back. ive had some late 90's/early 2000's basketball refractors curve so bad, the top right and bottom left can be the only two corners touching a surface when laying (balancing) flat. gives them character and doesn't effect grade.
