    The "Victory Advancing Right" reverse is typical of the reigns of the Roman Emperors Valentinian I (in the West), and his brother Valens (in the East). Given the large lettering used in the obverse inscription, the shorter-named Valens is most likely depicted on this coin (ruled 364 - 378 AD).
