Struggling with these both age and country. Copper coin is dated 1619. Any help appreciated.

Bottom one is a 1 Pysa from Zanzibar 1299AH 1881/82AD

The coat of arms on the 1617 may be Bavaria, but that's a guess

This is Prince-bishopric of Liege 1 Liard 1610, ruler Ernest of Bavaria.
