Anybody know the answer? Here’s an image of the slab to show the limited information that it contains:

2604 is the number. If you see an SSCA coin in PCGS holder with a barcode , and long serial number , it no longer has the assurance of not having been molested or doctored.
But 2604 will not show up if you try to verify the Cert number...
PCGS has a different set of data for SSCA 1. Under the 56-s there should be an option for SSCA 1 or 2 i think. David hall was showing me this once. It was bit convoluted but was there. Pops etc.
Interesting question. Has been asked before. Best answer from old thread seems to be “call PCGS”

He who knows he has enough is rich.
I had to call PCGS on mine. The lady had to go away from the phone for a few minutes to look up the #.
Coin number is here, but no automated way to verify the cert number:

Just got off the phone with PCGS. You have to call or email them the SSCA number and they will then provide you the certification number via their SSCA database. The representative was not aware of any means for the public to access the database to look the Certs up on their own without the assistance of PCGS. Hope this helps for future reference.
