Central Texas is a big place. There are tons of dealers in the state. What are your purposes in finding the value? Do you want to sell it, insure it, or donate it? A true appraisal costs money, so you don't want that unless it's particularly valuable. Post some pictures and a general description of the coins and you can get some better feedback.

Selling world coins to a B&M coin shop at more than a small fraction of retail will be difficult. These shops don't generally have retail buyers for the coins so they'll end up wholesaling the lot out to other dealers who may also do the same for the stuff they're not interested in. Every buyer in the process will want to make a profit from handling the coins, so you can see how there won't be a lot to go around. I didn't look up the coins pictured, but they appear to be the sort that can be found in a "4 for a dollar" bin. Any like that, dealers will probably pay by the pound, assuming they're even interested.

What MasonG said is right. The two coins shown are not the type of coin that a typical coin shop would be interested in buying. I can imagine saying they're not interested at all. Those types of world coins are tough to sell and don't bring in very much money. Your best return will be from listing them on ebay yourself. That, or any other way you can sell directly to another collector. A professional coin dealer won't have much interest. When I list those types of coins on ebay, I end up netting like $2-3/hr for my time. It's noth worth it. It's usually a better financial proposition to throw them in the trash and put in some more effort at my actual job. But I'd hate to throw them away. That's why this is a hobby.

From the coins you have posted, if all are in the same realm, I doubt that you would find a brick and mortar shop interested. You should try kijiji or the equivalent somewhere. Some people do something with facebook which may be OK as well, but what you've shown has very little value.
