I think so as well. It's one of France's best designs, IMO. Very graceful and elegant with a nice subtle message. I am slowly building a set of this era of silver francs (1898-1920). It's hard to come by nice examples in the US. I have had to buy some from France on eBay and cross my fingers but each time it's come without any problems.

I carried this around in my pocket for about 10 years.
