Hello, on the observe look at the E on EDWARD at 7 o'clock On the reverse 12 o'clock DEI or DEF clash with the dots above. PEN in PENNY what do you see. Observe the E in EDWARD . Please take a look twice seem interesting or plain simple damage?

    Sorry, its just damage. The feature you see is incuse and mirrored. It was probably sitting on another coin when it took that big whack on the obverse. You can repeat that sort of damage with 2 coins and a vise.

    I do agree, just wanted a confirmation. There are so many different damage done by peoples that have nothing better to do then to damage nice coin.
