Dust or surface flaw by his hand ? the scratch on the case or card ?makes a difference in the guess
Regardless of grade it’s still a pretty good looking MJ rookie. Assuming the scratch is on the card I’ll say PSA 7.

Back pics would be nice too, but with what we have I am going 8.. Scratch would impact that. Nice card!

Well, it’s a 9. It’s mine, bought from BBCE 2 years ago.
I am of course thrilled with the price bazooka, but also torn what to do with it as the grade is generous. Not sure if I should feel lucky or unlucky!
Tempted to sell and replace - just not sure. If top 9’s are getting 30k, this 9 feels like ~25k.
how does the card have a batwing in just one corner (bottom right)? Seems odd.
Never paid attention to that. Anyone know? Lineage from BBCE is as good as it gets.
Some days , you eat the bear, and some days the bear eats you. God and PSA loves you. . There are 9's !!! and then there are 9' s ??? Take it and be thankful. ( and remember this when you someday get a 5)
