Pack submission - in a card saver 1?

I am preparing my first submission of Pokemon booster packs - are they expected to be sent in a Card Saver 1?

ive never subbed packs, but for thicker stuff, card saver IV is the standard. I would definitely not try to stuff a pack into a card saver I.

I’ve submitted several packs - I use the BBCE model of using at least 1 top loader as a backer for protection in a team bag (pack is not in the top loader).
